The fight against corruption is closely linked to other global indicators of public administration, including government effectiveness, rule of law, quality of regulation, voting rights and accountability, as well as political stability.
The World Governance Indicators (WGI) collects data reflecting perceptions of the quality of governance from a variety of sources, including surveys of businesses, citizens and experts in both industrialized and developing countries.
