On Russia's assistance in circumventing sanctions.

First, President Tokayev has repeatedly stated that he does not recognize the LPR and DNR and other quasi-states.

Second, although we do not recognize unilateral sanctions, we are doing everything to comply with them.

But the West does not compensate us, although anti-Russian sanctions hit our country hard. Russia has historically been our natural trading partner, our border with them is almost 8,000 kilometers long, and the North-South transport corridor opens wide prospects for us.

There are examples of helping other, for example, Eastern European countries suffering from sanctions.

Instead, a number of so-called Western-funded NGOs are actively promoting an anti-Russian and anti-Chinese agenda in Kazakhstani society.

They polarize the society. They do not think about the people of Kazakhstan when they try to provoke two neighboring nuclear powers, which they themselves are afraid of.

Is this proclaimed by international law and international humanitarian law.
